Pre-Order, Shipping and Returns

At PAST MEMOIR, every piece begins with an order.

We do not work with stock. Once confirmed, we contact the client to review measurements and verify that the chosen size is correct before starting production.

Each garment is made individually, so lead times may vary depending on the model. The production time will never exceed one month. Once finished, the piece is shipped directly to the indicated address.

Returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that the garment is unworn, in perfect condition, and retains its original state.

Verifying measurements or choosing a size is part of the standard purchasing process and does not, in itself, make a garment a personalized item.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are those garments made according to the client's express specifications or clearly personalized, including design, fabric, color, proportion, or specific detail modifications requested.
